Gluten-free waffles with crispy pan-fried organic chicken thighs served with warm maple honey butter drizzle.
The Meatloaf
50/50 Bison & sirloin, poblano, and smoked gouda.
The Meatloaf topped with bacon jam, house blackberry BBQ on a bed of greens or sweet potato.
Finished off w/a fried cage free egg.
Shrimp Scampi
Argentine red shrimp, red grape tomatoes, and yellow peppers sautéed in lemon butter and fresh garlic. Topped with shaved asiago & fresh parsley.

Shortbread in the shape of a plane over hand whipped cream clouds and sugary berries.
